Lost Key Finder
Use this page to retrieve your lost personal key

Here's how our
Key Finder works |

Fill out this form. When you hit the Submit button, we will verfiy your record within our system. | |

2.

If the information you have matches our existing records then you will be emailed a copy of your private key. | |
|
3.
|
Go to your email to retrieve your NCE Personal Key. It may take a minute or two for the email to reach your email box. (Delays are more common for America Online members.) | |
|
4.
|
Once you have your key, you can go back to the entry area at http://www.infoville.com/pkg/entry.cfm and use your key to gain entry to your personal pilot area within the NCE webiste. | |

Caveat: Your private key will be sent only to the email address which is already in our records. If the email address that you provide in the space below is not consistent with our records, you will not receive a copy of your lost key. You must call the NCE office at (800)324-1031 if you wish to change your email address. This is done for your protection. | |
