intentions of the parties, and the remaining terms and provisions
will remain in full force and effect.
10. User agrees that this Agreement shall
be governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of California, United States of America,
excluding its conflict of laws rules. User and Operator each submit
to exclusive subject matter jurisdiction, personal jurisdiction
and venue of the United States District Court having jurisdiction
in the geographic district covering San Luis Obispo, California.
If there is no jurisdiction in said court, then jurisdiction shall
be in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of California.
11. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction,
distribution, publication and or commercial use of this work,
or any part thereof, is a violation of the proprietary rights
of Operator, including the copyright laws of The United States
of America. This includes, by way of illustration and not limitation,
the collection of personal information about our users from the
content of this website for any commercial use or purpose whatsoever.
