Education Registration Fee Includes

NCE has already block-booked rooms for nights of October 21-25 (only).Lodging is only guaranteed for early registrants. We will try, but no lodging for marketing or education participants is guaranteed for those who register after October 1st. (Maximum liability for NCE's failure to provide room is $50 for all 3 nights in the event that an early registrant is not provided a room through NCE. There is no price adjustment for regular registrants after September 1st) Rooms suitable for double occupancy. (It's okay to bring your spouse!) The hotel assigns ALL rooms at check-in ONLY. They are almost always able to accommodate special needs. Smokers may not occupy non-smoking rooms. Notify NCE if you wish a smoker's room. Hotel takes deposit at check-in for extra services.
Do NOT wait to book extra nights. Earlier and later nights are your responsibility. (Call NCE if you want to arrive on Saturday, October 20, or if you want to stay over on Friday, October 26 -we MAY be able to help you get a room (at your expense), but no guarantees )

Travel Reservations & Arrivals Fly to Laughlin

Air Laughlin now has many daily non-stop flights to Laughlin (Bullhead City, Arizona - across the river from Laughlin via free shuttle)  Air Laughlin currently flies non-stop between Laughlin and Phoenix, Burbank, San Jose, Long Beach, and Ontario. As of sometime in September Air Laughlin will add non-stop service to and from Tucson, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Fresno. Car rental in Las Vegas is also an option. NCE will share a list of Las Vegas arrival times for those participants who provide us with that information. This will enable folks to share rental cars if they wish to drive from Las Vegas to Laughlin at about the same time.
