Packages Online Use

Use this form offline in order to prepare
for using Packages Online.

If you are already familiar with using Packages Online you may not want to use this form. The form is a simple paper form which you can fill out without the pressure of working "online". Once you have filled out the written form you should have no trouble when you do go "online" to actually use Packages Online. Just fill in the form by hand and then use it for reference when you do go online. There are three forms of the input form. All are essentially the same. Pick the one that will work best for you.:

Word '97 document
OR
Rich Text File (usable by most programs if you don't use Word '97)
OR
HTML - webpage form (Print from your browser)

If you are unable to use Packages Online it may be possible for the NCE office to use the Input Form to put your package online. Once you have filled out the form - fax it to NCE at (800)324-1031.
Caveat: We want to help get your package online. However, due to the press of business it is possible that your package may not be put online in a timely fashion if you rely on the NCE office to handle it for you. Best to give it a try yourself, first.
