This is the basic
NCE Gold Card Course. It satisfies minimum NCE education requirements.
Topics Include Introductions to: Equity Marketing, Client Counseling,
Real Estate Formulas, Property Analysis, Taxation, Terminology. Real
estate licnesees who join NCE upon class completion are eligible for
full NCE member benefits - including retroactive
member prices at the conference. This becomes a $150 discount
for those who join NCE at that time. Fee includes class materials.

Note
- Since the basic class is being taught simultaneously with the advanced
class, it is not possible to sign up for both. Students in the basic
class will be allowed to visit portions of the advanced seminars with
the permission of Magi Bird, the basic class instructor.
