Real estate licensees who choose to take the NCE Gold Card Course will become eligible for membership in NCE. NCE members in good standing may use the Equity Marketing Specialist (EMS) Designation.

Marketing Opportunity
NCE Conferences are known for producing lots of real estate deal-making action. This wouldn’t be our 55th National Conference if we didn’t provide results! We’ll put your packages in our professional marketing book. We’ve got great moderators to help you make a deal if you want to present from the podium. Our production crew will help with Cash & Paper Boards, Taker Boards, introductions and brainstorming. There is also a “Country Store” for attendees use for even greater distribution. We want you to be successful.

Educational Opportunities Abound
Monday and Tuesday we offer our Basic Gold Card Class to those who are interested. Completion of the class will fulfill the minimum education requirements for NCE membership. Our talented team will cover Exchanging Concepts, Profitable Formulas, Marketing and Mechanics of Exchanging, Client Counseling, and Tax aspects of exchanges. “Instant Benefits” include member pricing on both education and marketing for all those graduates who join NCE after completing the class.
In addition to our Gold Card Class there will be Terrific Advanced Education Seminars, also. Education doesn’t stop there, either. We have Multiple Educational Roundtables first thing every day for marketing attendees. We’ll also have Special Speakers. NCE means education!

Networking and Special Events
Our conferences are full of networking opportunities. Tuesday night we have a networking party. All attendees are welcome. Attendance is free for marketing attendees. There will be food, music and a no host bar. We’ll also have a special outing on Wednesday evening, too. Note: There will be no cowboy auction at this conference.

Town and Country Resort
The conference is being held at the Fabulous Town and Country Resort, a classic beauty known for its elegance. The resort is adjacent to a 27-hole championship golf course, the Fashion Valley Shopping Center and San Diego's Light Rail Trolley. It is just minutes from Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, Gaslamp Quarter, Seaport Village, Qualcomm Stadium, PETCO Park and LegoLand. It sits on 32 beautifully landscaped acres, has several swimming pools and a huge health spa offering many amenities. NCE does not provide accommodations for this conference but we have reserved a block of rooms at the Town & Country. The Resort is located at 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA 92108. You can reach the Town & Country at (800) 772-8527. Be sure to identify yourself as coming with "National Council of Exchangors" at the time of your reservation to get the best rate. The unheard of NCE rate is only $99 Sun-Thursday nights IF you make your reservation early enough AND before our block is sold-out. (Warning - San Diego is a resort city and rates near the meeting date may be much higher.) The NCE block is exclusively for the use of meeting attendees during the period of conference attendance. Travel Reservations & Arrivals Conference attendees must provide their own transportation to the conference. The Town & Country is easily reached from the airport by Express Shuttle for only $11. (Blue and Yellow shuttles by the baggage claim area) Reservations are not necessary since there is a shuttle every 15 minutes. It is also a short cab ride ($20-$30) from the airport. Shuttle reservations are not necessary except for handicap service - call 800-900-7433.
