Basic Gold Card Class - Monday & Tuesday
"Basic Equity Marketing & Exchanging"
Ed, Scott, Magi Bird, Kevin Adkins, Doug Dickson, Kandas Myer 2 days - Monday & Tuesday Sept 28th & 29th. This is the basic NCE Gold Card Course. It satisfies minimum NCE education requirements. Topics Include Introductions to: Equity Marketing, Client Counseling, Real Estate Formulas, Property Analysis, Taxation, Terminology.

Real estate licensees who join NCE upon
class completion are eligible for full NCE member benefits -
including retroactive member prices at the conference. This becomes a $249 discount on the individual prices of
NCE Dues, Gold Card Class, & Marketing for those who join
NCE at that time. Fee includes class materials.
This class qualifies for 10 hours DRE credit in Nevada and
14 hours CE credit in Colorado for those who join NCE and
achieve
the EMS designation.
