Minimum Equity
$25,000 for presentation from podium. All listed equities can be placed in the marketing book. Podium packages must have exclusive right to exchange real estate with original listing period of not less than 6 months.

Package Submission Deadline
NCE notified to put package in book by April 23rd for Book 1. Packages for Book 2 may be submitted at the door, until Noon on April 30th.

Your Presentation

A Nationally recognized Moderator will meet & plan your podium presentation even if this is your first presentation. Moderators are trained to make you comfortable & to make your presentation a productive experience. The success of your presentation will also depend on your preparation, counseling, and backup material. Digital images are recommended to enhance your presentation. NCE will have the ability to display images at the meeting. Bring your (maximum 1024 pixel wide) JPEG, GIF or PNG images on a USB flash (or jump) drive, DV, or CD. Your presentation images should be limited to no more than 3 images to maximize your presentation success. We are moving into the digital age and transparencies or opaque materials are no longer accepted for use during presentations - you must put your images on a jump drive (or CD or DV). NCE has just implemented the functionality to add pictures to your packages by uploading them directly from your computer. Go to your packages online Pilot Page and use the link next to your package that says "Pics" - this link will allow you to directly upload from your computer to NCE's server!
Package Presentation Order: All Book 1 first packages will be presented before any Book 2 first packages are presented. This means that higher numbered Book 1 packages will be presented before any Book 2 packages are presented. Therefore, it is doubly important that you make sure your package gets into Book 1 by completing your package and notifying NCE to put it in Book 1 before the Book 1 deadline of April 23rd.

Preparing Your PackagE

Note: The NCE Office will not be available to help you with your package after April 23. The Office will be closed at that time for transport to the venue. Please carefully read the instructions provided in the email message that was sent to you as well as the instructions provided at Packages Online. We'll see you at the Tuscany!! You may continue to submit packages for the Book eventhough the deadline has passed for Book 1. We make no guarantees at this time, but we do try to get every package into Book 1 that is prepared and marked for inclusion in the Conference prior to our actual physical printing of the book.

Package Format - Packages Online is the only way to prepare your package.

FIVE packages free, $10 per package thereafter. NCE no longer accepts any packages that are not created at Packages Onliner.

Making Your Package

Participants are REQUIRED to submit their packages online at NCE's Packages Online. It is possible to submit your packages by simply filling out an online form. After you have completed the template, the system will generate a beautiful package which can be retrieved directly from Package Online by NCE if you notify NCE to put your package in the book (SEE BELOW). The NCE office may be able to help you get your package into our online system if they are given adequate notice and you are unable to complete the online package yourself (Call 800-324-1031 for assistance)

Getting Your Package Into the Marketing Book

You must notify NCE that you have submitted your conference package by using the notification link on your NCE Personal Pilot Page. Enter Here
NOTE: There are well over a thousand packages in the system and we We do not automatically include your package in the marketing book unless you use that link. By putting your package into Packages Online you will also make your package available to others on the internet. This will have tremendous marketing benefits for you. Use the link on your pilot page that says:"DO THIS - Click here to verify status of your packages in the National Conference Book"

While you must submit your package through Packages Online - we hav a Package Input Form that you may complete before going online at Packages Online. Use of the alternative form is solely to help you input your package online - it may help take some of the pressure off when you are online if you have your written answers prepared beforehand. There are powerful online match-making tools which may be used at the marketing session. However, these tools cannot be used on packages which are not in the online system. That is why we know you will want your package in the system.
