in our October 13th-15th Real Estate Marketing Days (licensees
only) or our October 11&12 Education Days (everyone
welcome) or Both! Real estate licensees who choose
to take the NCE Gold Card Class will become eligible for
membership
in
NCE. NCE members in good standing may use the Equity Marketing
Specialist (EMS) Designation.
Marketing Opportunity
NCE Conferences are known for producing lots of real estate
deal-making action. This wouldn’t be our 56th National
Conference if we didn’t provide results! We’ll
put your packages in our professional marketing book. We’ve
got great moderators to help you make a deal if you want to
present from the podium. Our production crew will help with
Cash & Paper Boards, Taker Boards, introductions and brainstorming.
There is also a “Country Store” for attendees
use for even greater distribution. We want you to be successful.
Educational Opportunities Abound
Monday and Tuesday we offer our Basic Gold Card
Class to those who are interested. Completion
of the class will fulfill the minimum education requirements
for NCE membership. Our talented team will cover Exchanging
Concepts, Profitable Formulas, Marketing and Mechanics of
Exchanging,
Client Counseling, and Tax aspects of exchanges. “Instant Benefits” include
member pricing on both education and marketing for all those
graduates who join NCE
after completing the class.
In addition to our Gold Card Class there will be Terrific Advanced Education Seminars. Education
doesn’t stop
there, either. We have Multiple
Educational Roundtables first thing every
day for marketing attendees. We’ll also have Special
Speakers.

That's the deal - Of course you must do your part, too. All you have to do is:
1. Put your qualified real property package into the printed marketing book and do a regular presention with it.
2. You must be a taker with that same package for at least four other regularly presented real property packages that are also in the printed marketing book.
3. You must receive at least four taker offers from other regularly presented real property book packages at the time you present your package, above.
4. You have to provide us with the WebID numbers from the taker and solution properties, above, so that we can use "NCE Multi Maker" to identify the potential closed loop transaction chains.
5. If you receive a credit, you must use it for your personal attendance at the next 3-Day NCE National Conference or 2-Day NCE National Marketing Session. No cash refunds will be made against the credit. |

Networking
and Special Events
Our conferences are full of networking opportunities. Tuesday
night we have a networking party. All attendees are welcome.
Attendance is free for marketing attendees. There will
be food, music and a no host bar. We’ll also have
a "Cowboy Auction" personal property exchange ($20 to $5000 limits) on Wednesday
