2 days - Monday &Tuesday April 26 & 27 - This is
the basic NCE Gold Card Course. It satisfies minimum NCE education
requirements. Topics Include Introductions to: Equity Marketing,
Client Counseling, Real Estate Formulas, Property Analysis,
Taxation, Terminology. Real estate licensees who join NCE
upon
class completion are eligible for full NCE member benefits
- including retroactive member prices at the conference.
This becomes a $200 discount on the individual prices of
NCE Dues, Gold Card Class, & Marketing for those who join
NCE at that time. Fee includes class materials.
This class qualifies for CE credit in Colorado for those who join NCE and
achieve
the EMS designation.
Real estate licensees who choose to take the NCE Gold Card
Course will become eligible for membership in NCE. NCE members
in good standing may use the Equity Marketing Specialist (EMS)
Designation.
Note: First time Gold Card Class students must complete all portions
of the Gold Card Class in order to qualify for NCE membership.
So, it is not possible for such students to take any of the Advanced
Education offerings at this conference.

Magi
Bird, EMS became a real estate licensee
in 1978 with extensive real estate dealings before
that. She
has been the President
and Broker of Remcor since 1984. She is the certified National
Instructor for the Equity Marketing Specialist designation
for
NCE and also eaches several continuing education courses
in Reno, NV. In addition she holds the CTM, ATM Bronze,
Silver & Gold designations with Toastmaster’s
International. She brings the best of creative real
estate marketing into
her
large and growing (over 50 agents) brokerage firm through
ongoing training of all her agents. Her team makes
business happen
by
creating a comprehensive custom plan of action for each client
and by having the skills to implement that plan. In addition
to being principal broker of Remcor Real Estate Magi is
the principal of Remcor Educational Systems, LLC.
Kandas
Myer, EMS, CES
is a Real Estate Licensee from Reno, Nevada. She works with
Starker Services, Inc., a national qualified 1031 intermediary
service. She is a very effective instructor in real estate tax
issues. Kandas also holds the CES designation certification
from the Federal Exchange Accommodators Association. Kandas
has facilitated literally thousands of tax deferrals for clients
over the past 7 years.
Ted
Blank, SEC, CCIM, EMS is a Real Estate Broker from
Colorado. He is Past President of SEC. He worked in banking
prior to beginning his real estate career in 1979. He is a member
of three national marketing groups SEC, CCIM, and NCE. He teaches
the counseling section of our Gold Card Course and a counseling
course for the Society of Exchange Counselors Educational Foundation.
Ed "Scotty" Scott,
EMS is a 30 year real estate investor and licensee. He
is a top-producing Realtor® with Remcor
He has taught and counseled hundreds of other Realtors®,
clients and special interest groups including Financial Planners,
lenders and investment clubs

Wayne Palmer, EMS Wayne is widely regarded as a master in the creatIve structuring of real estate transactions and financing, often using notes and other
real estate paper together with real estate formulas. His has thirty years of daily practice in his trade, as the owner and manager of National Note of Utah and other companies. He has been invotved in real estate development since 1978 in Utah. Idaho, Arizona, Hawaii, and Minnesota, By way of industry credtials, Wayne is a licensed Principal Real Estate Broker, Certified Real Estate Note Appraiser, Certified Cash Flow Master Broker, licensed continuing education provider. He holds the Equity Marketing Specialist (EMS) designation of the National Council of Exchangors. He is a collaborative author of portions of Robert Kiyosaki's popular book, "The Real Book of Real Estate".
Tom Van Erp, EMS Tom
Van Erp, EMS, Principal of V.R.M. Capitol, has spend his life
as either a Finance Company executive or a Real Estate broker/
investor. He has been
involved professionally and personally in every conceivable
type of mortgage deal and provides a wealth of knowledge about
buying or selling real estate
on owner carry terms.Despite the fact that he is fully engaged
lending money he has maintained his broker's license for the
past 25 years. He
is past president of the Mile High Real Estate Exchangors in
Denver and served as President of the National Council
of Exchangors. Tom
offices out of his Conifer, Colorado, home at 8500 feet elevation.
You are warned: the high altitude sometimes makes him do crazy
deals!
Doug Dickson, EMS started his first business at age 11, hired his first employees by age 15, and paid for most of his own college expenses with home repair and distribution businesses. He has a BA from SUNY, and is a licensed RE Broker in California. As a real estate investor for over 40 years and an exchanger since 1975, Doug has learned to thrive on the opportunities in difficult markets. He lives in Ventura County CA with his teenage sons. His passions are cars, being a Band Dad, and “Service Above Self” through Rotary International and a local non-denominational church.
Jim Huey, EMS began his real estate career in 1972 and joined the Minnesota Real Estate Exchangors in 1978. His specialty is income property and he also owns The Real Estate School where teaches many courses, including those about income property.
