.How We Plan to Do it:

• Marketing Session cost is ONLY $99 prior to February 10th, $149 after February 10th. Sign up here.
• NCE members benefit. The sessions will be limited to holders of the EMS designation only. This means we will have only experienced exchangors in the room. Former members may pay their current dues and attend. Qualified individuals may apply for membership, and if approved, may become members, pay dues, and be eligible to attend..
• Only a limited number of attendees (55) will be allowed into the session. We want enough exchangors to create terrific production, but not so many that each attendee can't have enough time to fully present their packages. Sign ups will be on a first-come basis until we reach our capacity and the session will then be closed out.
• We will be using the full set of deal-making tools - pictures, moderated packages, multileg methods, cash and paper boards, brainstorming, etc..
• There will be no education offered at the session. It will be production only. We'll save our education features for our 5-Day National Conferences.
• We are keeping our costs down so that we can price the session as economically as possible. Our hotel is terrific even though we kept the lodging cost to only $109 per night. .
• We have located the session within four miles from Sky Harbor Airport. There is also a free shuttle. It may even be possible for folks to arrive by air travel before the start of production on Day 1, saving one night's lodging.
• We'll start production at 10AM on Day 1 so that folks who live within driving distance (anywhere in Arizona can drive to the meeting early on the first day and save a night's lodging, if they desire.

The conference is being held at the Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Tempe. The hotel has a very professional and relaxed atmosphere. AND

NCE does not provide accommodations for this conference but we have reserved a block of rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites. Both double and single occupany rooms are available in the block.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Tempe is located at 1429 N. Scottsdale Road, Tempe, AZ 85281 Be sure to tell them you are with "National Council of Exchangors" at the time of your reservation to get the best rate. The unheard of NCE rate is only $109 per night IF you make your reservation early enough AND before our block is sold-out. The NCE block is exclusively for the use of meeting attendees during the period of conference attendance. If you have not paid your conference attendance fees, your hotel reservation is subject to summary cancellation.

We'll be using NCE Multi Maker to find you a potential deal. Of course, you'll have to do your part by presenting your package and also becoming a taker for something that is presented. Multi Makerfound many thousands of potential transaction chains at our last conference.
