.How We Plan to Do it:
- Marketing Session cost is ONLY $129 prior to July 16th, $149 after July 16th. Sign up here.
- NCE members only. The sessions will be limited to holders of the EMS designation only. This means we will have only experienced exchangors in the room.
- Only a limited number of attendees will be allowed into the session. We want enough exchangors to create terrific production, but not so many that each attendee can't have enough time to fully present their packages. Sign ups will be on a first-come basis until we reach our capacity and the session will then be closed out.
- We will be using the full set of deal-making tools - pictures, moderated packages, multileg methods, cash and paper boards, brainstorming, etc..
- There will be no education offered at the session. It will be production only. We'll save our education features for our 5-Day National Conferences.
- We are keeping our costs down so that we can price the session as economically as possible. Our hotel is terrific even though we kept the lodging cost under $100 per night. .
- We have located the session immediately adjacent to the Orange County John Wayne Airport. The hotel is a seven minute walk from the baggage terminal. There is also a free shuttle. It may even be possible for folks to arrive by air travel before the start of production on Day 1, saving one night's lodging.
- We'll start production at 10AM on Day 1 so that folks who live within driving distance (anywhere in Southern California) can drive to the meeting early on the first day and save a night's lodging, if they desire.

Atrium Hotel
The conference is being held at the Atrium Hotel, immediately across the street from John Wayne Airport, Irvine, California. It is either a free shuttle ride or only a seven minute walk from the luggage area to the hotel lobby. The Atrium has been completely renovated in the Tuscan style and is a delightful hotel - far finer than our negotiated $99 per night lodging price. The hotel has a very professional
and relaxed atmosphere.

NCE does not provide accommodations for this conference but
we have reserved a block of rooms at the Atrium. Both double and single occupany rooms are available in the block.

IF you make your reservation early enough AND before our block is sold-out. The
NCE block is exclusively for the use of meeting attendees during the
period of conference attendance. If you have not paid your conference attendance
fees,
your
hotel reservation is subject to summary cancellation.
